In a life changing event, Attorney Jonathan Lang (Jonathan Mandell) is introduced to Bodhidharma, the legendary founder of Zen, and to meditation by a knowledgeable shopkeeper (Michaeal Yama). Jonathan's journey is interwoven with artwork depicting the legend of Bodhidharma and interviews with leading Americcan Zen masters.
