Description of Organization

Dzokden was founded to manifest the Golden Age and realized tantric yogis to bring about a future of peace, compassion, and interconnection through the efforts of bodhisattvas and dedicated practitioners. Under the guidance of Khentrul Rinpoche, Dzokden’s mission is to spread the Jonang Kalachakra and higher yogas worldwide, making authentic teachings and practices accessible while cultivating compassion, tolerance, and harmony in every community it touches, Khentrul Rinpoche is dedicated to using every available method to make timeless wisdom accessible. Through retreats, online teachings, translations, publications, and community gatherings, Dzokden has built a global network of practitioners united by the aspiration to bring about the Golden Age. He is equally committed to empowering women in the dharma, envisioning a future in which female practitioners take greater leadership, guiding the sangha with wisdom and compassion. By encouraging women to step into positions of visibility and authority, Dzokden seeks a more balanced and inclusive future for Buddhism and reflects the equality inherent in Shambhala and the Golden Age.
