This Collaboration Grant between Loyola Marymount University and Insight LA Inc. supported the “Mindful Nature Program,” raising awareness about the environment and inspiring responses to ecological concerns by using mindfulness, Buddhist precepts and yoga.
The primary goals of the Mindful Nature Program are to: (1) raise awareness about the environment; and (2) inspire responses to ecological concerns by using the tools of mindfulness, Buddhist precepts and Yoga.
