Hands-on experts in teaching mindfulness to students of all ages and backgrounds will share their best stories and practices that students love.

​This one-hour webinar offers a unique opportunity for learners of all ages to discover how simple and fun mindfulness techniques work for everyone’s lifelong education and well- being!

With over 18 years of experience, Chia-Ti teaches yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to young people in public high school, foster care, detention centers, and alternate-to-incarceration sites. A senior teacher with Lineage Project, she leads public trainings on mindfulness and somatics with a focus on trauma-conscious and anti-oppression practices.
