The Lenz Foundation is honored to invite you to watch the replay of our FREE virtual event, Overcoming Election Anxiety.
As we approach the November 5th US national election, many people are experiencing a shared sense of election anxiety—the fear of an outcome far outside their comfort zone.
Our October 10th webinar shares insider stories along with proven mindfulness and meditation techniques. You’ll have the chance to step back from your own concerns and view this election through the lens of Buddhist wisdom, helping you approach the run-up and outcome with a more hopeful, detached, nonjudgmental, and clear-headed perspective.
With the guidance of qualified, mindful panel members steeped in the political cauldron, you can experience a new level of awareness as we face an election that may be like no other in terms of its potential impact on our lives and those with whom we share a destiny.
