Description of Organization
It is the mission of Roaring Fork Zen to:
(A) Foster the teachings and practices of Zen Buddhism;
(B) Offer the Roaring Fork Valley community a safe, accessible, and supportive environment for Zen meditation; and
(C) Actualize Zen Buddhist teaching via engagement with the broader community through acts of service, generosity, and goodwill.

In 2026, a grant of $3,300 was awarded to support start-up and early stage operating costs for Roaring Fork Zen to establish sincere Zen practice opportunities and instruction in its rural Colorado community.
